What is my Username and Password?
Click on Forgot Password under Log In at the top left of your screen. Enter the email address that you used when you registered your account and click send. Then check your email for your username and password information.
How do I know if I'm a registered user?
If you have ever created an ad and submitted it online, then the system registered you at that time.
How do I edit my ad?
Login to MY LIBRARY under USER OPTIONS which is at the top of your screen. This will display a list of any ad orders you have created in the past. Find the ad you wish to edit by clicking on any of the down arrows to the left of each order and then clicking on edit next to that ad. The system will take you through the same screens you went through when you initially created this ad. Continue through to the end and click SAVE. You will not be charged at this time for changing your ad, but a customer representative will need to re-approve your ad before the change is allowed. If a significant change has been made to the ad, there may be an additional charge and a customer representative will contact you before final approval.
Am I able to cancel my ad?
Yes. First login and go to MY LIBRARY under USER OPTIONS which is at the top of your screen. This will display a list of any ads you have created. Check mark the ad to be canceled and then click on “Cancel Selected Orders” just above your ad(s).
If I place an ad to run for 30 (or however many) days, will the ad automatically cancel or will it automatically run again and bill me?
Your ad will stop running at the end of the last day it was scheduled for. You would have to rerun the ad yourself in MY LIBRARY or call us to do it for you.
How do I rerun my ad?
Login to MY LIBRARY under USER OPTIONS which is at the top of your screen. This will display a list of any ad orders you have created in the past. Find the ad you wish to rerun by clicking on any of the down arrows to the left of each order and then clicking on rerun next to that ad. The system will take you through the same screens you went through when you initially created this ad. Continue through to the end and fill out your credit card information on the payment screen.
I am trying to place an ad, but I'm getting errors and warnings or the screen simply freezes.

How much does it cost to run an ad?
You can find the ad prices on the PRICE INFO page which can be found under HELP in the upper right hand side of your screen.
I just placed an online ad. Why isn't it showing? Or When will it be approved or posted?
All online ads are approved before they are posted. This can take up to 24 hours but more commonly the ad is posted in much less time.
